Specifications:

  • Double walled in construction, gap between the two walls filled with high quality Polyeurethene Foam (PUF)
  • Full length inner acrylic door with and outside metal door with solid S.S. lock & key.
  • Food Grade Silicon Gasket fitted on the Chamber and Magnetic Gasket fitted on outer metal door ensures zero leakage between the door & the Chamber.
  • Provided with forced air circulation for uniform temperature within the chamber.
  • Hermetically sealed Emerson Make Compressor unit utilizing R-134A an eco-friendly refrigerant with electronic time relay to safeguard the Compressor.
  • Castor wheels for easy moveability. Provided with Validation Port.
  • Additional high temperature safety system to cut-off all heaters ensuring temperature within chamber doesn't exceed +70oC also incorporated in the Unit.
  • Electrically operated on 230 V Ac, 50 Hz. Supply.
  • TEMPERATURE RANGE : + 5oC to + 60oC
  • TEMPERATURE ACCURACY : ± 0.5oC
  • TEMPERATURE UNIFORMITY : ± 0.5oC

Standard Model - HIPL- 003 :

Outer chamber made of Mild Steel [ 20 swg.] duly powder coated and inner chamber made of Stainless Steel LM-304 grade [ 20 swg.] Mirror finish.Microprocessor based AUTO-TUNING PID Digital Temperature Indicating Controller, Resolution 0.1oC with suitable sensor. In the event of power failure, Non-Volatile memory allows chamber to return to original set point when power is restored.Thermostatic High Temperature Safety cut off provided.Rod type Shelves provided are made of Stainless Steel

  • Microprocessor based PROGRAMMABLE PID Controller cum Indicator with Printer Interface to connect Dot Matrix Printer. Print interval programme can print Date, Time & Temperature with print interval settable between 1 to 99 minutes [ without Printer ]

  • Same as above but with PC software & connectivity

    NOTE : Use of a Voltage Stabilizer is strongly recommended for all B.O.D. Incubator Chambers and is a pre-condition for free service during warranty period.
